Enjoy all your breakfast favourites, from eggs cooked just the way you like them to fluffy pancakes and freshly baked pastries. We’ve also added a selection of thoughtful Mother’s Day treats, including warm baked scones, golden sausage rolls, classic lamingtons, rich plum pudding, and a delicate ricotta and spinach filo.

For lunch, indulge in a generous carvery station featuring roast beef ribeye, carved to your liking. Enjoy a fresh seafood selection on ice, including oysters, Moreton Bay bugs, steamed prawns and mussels.
From the hot kitchen, savour a range of hearty favourites such as crusted salmon, BBQ pork ribs and chicken stroganoff, with more to discover.
Finish on a sweet note with an irresistible dessert spread, from classic tiramisu and cakes to warm sticky date pudding and plenty more to tempt you.

Indulge in a beautifully curated three-tiered selection of sweet and savoury treats, complete with a glass of bubbles on arrival and unlimited Australian Native tea blends throughout your sitting.
Enjoy freshly baked scones served with raspberry jam, zesty lemon curd and whipped cream, alongside a selection of savoury bites including delicate sandwiches and golden arancini.
Please note that for Mother’s Day, High Tea will be served at the Limeburners Room, light-filled with sweeping bay views.
